Есть такая компания которая обучает людей Форексу, ну и платит всем своим агентам которые находят новых клиентов (типа пирамиды я подозреваю, МЛМ)
Почитайте об Этике,неправильной оплаты агентам, ну и всякому надувательству .... Рушется, рушется около биржевое шоу.

Hello everyone! This is Greg Wallis and you are on the air!
It is with regret that I must inform you that I hereby resign my position from FX Trainer (FXT), as I had wished for a much better outcome for our company. I cannot, in good conscious, continue to support and defend the questionable ethics I have recently become aware of. I have worked very hard over the last 23 months to build a firm foundation for this company, in anticipation of it reaching its full potential. I have shared many options, ideas, and solutions to settle issues within the company, of which none have been heeded, and the lack of current leadership has proceeded to cause the downfall of FXT.
I started with FXT 23 months ago, excited by this unique opportunity for the average person to become financially independent. My partner, Ruth Mayne, and I became the top associates, with the fastest growing down-line in the company within the first five months, because we believed that this would change the lives of many people. I have spent much of my time traveling throughout the US and Canada promoting the idea that everyone can become financially independent using the products provided by FXT, because I believed FXT would make the vision a reality.
I created the Bellevue office with an atmosphere based on the model of success by empowering individuals through the concept of accelerated learning. This concept is amazingly successful, yet the Bellevue office is constantly reprimanded and put down for providing the training and support the company had promised to deliver, and has failed to provide. We have successfully hosted over 1,000 associates from all over the US and Canada, from our down-line and others. As many as 250 to 300 associates come to our meetings each week. As a result, many of you have become successful from the exposure to the Bellevue office. We have followed the rules and standards the company has set forth for us in the application of compliance and training and beyond, yet the management of FX Trainer has not followed their own rules and standards. In an effort to deflect the inadequacies of the company, we have stepped in to provide the training promised to each associate. The Bellevue office was originally opened and used as a marketing tool, though, in the last 10 months has increasingly turned to more and more educational programs to cover the areas we depended upon FXT to deliver. They failed miserably in providing excellent training and support to the Bellevue office and to other leaders in the field, as well as the training promised to each associate.
I have been disappointed to learn that many of you have waited three to five months for a live training course, after being promised a course within one month of signing with FXT. I am disappointed every time I hear an associate vent frustration that they are still not trading well, after going through months of training with corporate. Leaders in the field have provided the trading styles that work - not FXT. Yet, FXT management has continually rejected the offer from the field leadership to provide this service companywide for free. There are instructors from Bellevue, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco, Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Atlanta, Chicago, Nashville, and Florida. It is only recently that FXT allowed anyone else to be online, sharing other trading styles, and the response has been overwhelming! I have been one of the instructors willing to share my system, because I feel a great obligation to provide the quality training I have personally promised. Several leaders have hosted these trainings and I regret that I can no longer join them in offering my services to FXT.
It is very difficult from a leadership standpoint, to put your heart and soul, money, time, and family on the line to build something that is constantly degraded out of fear. Instead of embracing and helping to develop solutions to move it forward, strategies are employed to circumvent the progress we have made. The field and office staff has asked for very simple and effective tools to help our associates, yet the current management has tried to make it seem as though our solutions are unreasonable. In fact, we are asking for things necessary to support our teams.
The concerns voiced regarding the advanced course having little or no value, the beginner course in desperate need of an update, the AutoX debacle, commissions being incorrect or not paid at all in the last two weeks, the resistance to update technology, and the blatant plagiarism from other free Forex websites for Zoltan’s weekly news updates are all ignored. Great suggestions have been made by multiple people in the field, and most have fallen on deaf ears.
My focus has always been in helping the field and those who know me, understand that. I have spent over $300,000 of my own money and more time helping leaders in the field, than the current management of FXT ever hoped to do, yet their focus has been on collecting monies and providing inadequate support and training. Most of my time has been spent addressing complaints and repairing damaged relationships over the lack of quality training being provided by FXT.
I do not believe that most associates realize that over 15 members of the office staff have left FXT. I personally know that Kirby, Ming, Tiffany, Cindy, Jenny, Nick, Humphrey, Andre, Ken, Sam, Millie, Brenda, Gordon, Lucia, and Katie have left due to poor management of FXT. Also, leaders such as Jason Goldsmith, Robin Costello, Erik Graham, and the CEO of FXT, Edward Yau, have all left due to unresolvable issues with key members of corporate still in charge of the business.
Is it surprising that Russ Field, the top distributor and Canadian money earner, and Steve DeWitt, the top trader and one of the top four money earners from the U.S, have chosen to resign from FXT? Steve DeWitt was improperly terminated, which violated company procedures, then reinstated, but chose to resign due to the current management withholding his commissions. To withhold commissions based on a personality conflict is not a valid argument for impacting someone’s livelihood. I believe no one blames Steve for resigning, given the questionable ethics he has encountered. I cannot speak for Steve or Russ, but I find it no surprise they have chosen to pursue other options and opportunities. I, myself, have become more and more disappointed with the lack of leadership in the current administration, the inconsistencies in policies (managing), and the ability to communicate effectively to the field. Hearing report after report of commissions being incorrect in the last two weeks, always to the deficit of the associate, should not be tolerated by an ethical management team. The leaders in the field are weary of handling the complaints and frustrations of associates, without the support of the current management. Given these failures over the last few months, I no longer believe corporate has the best interest of the field at heart.
The current leadership of this company disbanded the leadership council, and is convinced that they do not need the 5 Stars. They can start anew with associates who do not know the truth and they can continue to prey upon unsuspecting, hard working, individuals who will suffer the same tactics as we have. Myself, Ruth Mayne, Russ Field, Steve DeWitt and other field leaders have been labeled as troublemakers. Most companies treat their top distributors with a great deal of well-deserved respect, yet the current management of FXT has much contempt for the leaders who have built this company. Many good people gave their heart and soul to help this company grow. I have been silent as I have watched a great concept go sideways into a downward spiral. I have watched as promises are made and are not kept, constant stalling practices are employed, and deflecting tactics are used to divert from the real issues. Current management is not telling you and I the truth. How can I, in good conscious, support the ethics of FXT, as I have only tried to support everyone on the way thru their trading journey?
The final straw that broke the proverbial camel’s back came recently. Many of the leaders, Russ Field, Ruth Mayne, Larry Edwards, and myself, implored management not to launch AutoX until it was ready. We told them it could be the downfall of this company. I was with Zoltan at his home last October before the launch of AutoX. I was assured by Zoltan that testing had been ongoing since March of 2005, and that it would not be released until everything was working perfectly. As always, he said, “Trust me.” The truth is that the testing was done using other systems, not exclusively with Zoltan’s system. The other systems used on the product worked, and it is disheartening to know that the product was launched prematurely with the knowledge that Zoltan’s signals did not work properly.
The trading style used to program AutoX and forced on over 2,200 associates is now proven to be unsuccessful, by the admission of FXT management in emails sent to the field on March 10th , March 17th and March 28th, 2006. Is it the company’s position to honor the obligation to voluntarily refund the $2,210 to $2,999 paid by each associate who purchased AutoX? If so, it is dishonest to renege on that obligation by offering less than a full refund, which by law, each associate is entitled to by lodging a grievance with their credit card company.
Last Thursday, on a 5-star call, Zoltan reassured us that he would never let this company down and that he would honor all refund monies personally. He said he would personally make sure all associates who purchased AutoX would get a full refund if they desired. I hope Zoltan honors his statements!
Not offering a full refund brings the financial stability of FXT into question. To further support this revelation, over half of the corporate staff have left their positions, and no replacements have been employed at this time.
My team and I will continue to strive to provide the most comprehensive resources to empower individuals to create the lifelong skill that will enhance the lives of their families for generations to come. I am committed to continuing to provide as many options to traders, old and new, to make their dream a reality. I have been privileged to host many traders at the Bellevue office, and have been excited to see the look of bewilderment leave their face as it is replaced with the gleam of understanding! I owe so much to the current team at the Bellevue office. Without their collaborative effort and support, my partner, Ruth, and I could not have built as effective a team as we have. I owe so much to Ruth, as she has worked very hard to keep our team organized, and I wish her all the best in her endeavors.
